Audit & Evidence Exports

Hand the inspector a folder, not a war story

At a glance

  • Pre-built export bundles per authority (FAA, EASA, CAAC, SACAA)
  • Bundle scoped by aircraft, date range, AD set, or arbitrary query
  • Each export includes a chain-of-custody document for every artifact
  • Tamper-evident archive with cryptographic hash for every file
  • Stored audit-bundle history — re-issue an old inspection bundle any time

What it does

The inspector arrives. Historically, this is when someone disappears into a back office with binders, a printer, and three Excel sheets. AMRO Pro replaces that scene with a single export.

Each export bundle is shaped for the asking authority — FAA inspectors get FAA-format paperwork, EASA inspectors get EASA-format. The bundle includes a manifest with the chain of custody for every artifact: who created it, when, against which authorization. Files in the bundle have cryptographic hashes recorded in an audit log, so anyone asking “was this evidence tampered with?” has a definitive answer. Past inspections’ bundles are retained — re-issuing an old bundle for a follow-up review is one click.
