A placeholder policy capturing the spirit of how AMRO Pro handles personal and operational data. A full legal-reviewed policy replaces this before commercial rollout.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions — name, work email, organization, message.
• Operational data (in app, post-launch) — fleet master data, work orders, parts, sign-offs. Tenant-isolated.
• Server logs — operational debugging only, short retention.

What we don't do

• No ad networks. No third-party trackers on the marketing site.
• No selling or sharing of customer operational data.
• No LLM training on customer data.

Your rights

Request access to or deletion of personal data by emailing privacy@sosservices.online. We respond within 7 days. Operational records (work orders, sign-offs) are subject to regulator-mandated retention regardless of account closure.
