MPD Tracking

Maintenance Planning Document as a first-class data model, not a PDF

At a glance

  • Tasks, intervals, applicability rules stored as structured data
  • Revision diff between MPD versions in one screen
  • Applicability filters by aircraft type, serial, fleet, registration
  • Auto-generates work orders when interval thresholds approach
  • Full history of which MPD revision each completed task ran against

What it does

A maintenance planning document is the operator’s bible — and most operators store it as a PDF on a SharePoint. When the OEM revises it, someone manually translates the diff into Excel. When an inspector asks “which revision was this task run against?” the answer takes hours to assemble.

AMRO Pro treats the MPD as data. Tasks, intervals, applicability conditions, and revisions are first-class entities. Diff between revisions is computed, not eyeballed. Every work order generated against an MPD task captures the revision it was authorized against, so audit reconstruction is immediate.
